It's the calmest world 1st ever. The number of bloods the warrior is kiting at the end is pretty insane.

Didn't understand the part where each raider had to has 2-4 alts ready for progression....

I read it as each raider had 2-4 characters decked out in heroic Firelands gear (and the skills to play them).

I know that!!! I was just making fun of the fact that I will probably never have more than 1 character (Hangen) ready for progression.

Whilst I sometimes quietly wish I only played one character when I have to grind rep etc - most of the time I like playing multiple characters, as much for understanding of the play styles [being a flexible raider is just a bonus].
regarding the kiting - I was a little confused in that the warrior didn't appear on the damage meter at all [it was set to show 20 and the 20th was one of the healers] till I realized it was just the tendon damage, even so but it was impressive the number adds he was kiting, if a little irritating that it seems they needed a warrior tank for that role for the AOE slow and mobility.

The damage meter is set to show damage on the tendons only, i think they were trying to make a point to Blizzard that they're design is a little retarded when you need to bring like 7 arcane mages and 7 rogues just to beat the encounter.
