Blaspheme, even suggesting we'd be stuck on normal earns you an immediate demotion back to trial.

You don't have to run them you know.. from heroic progression in one tier to the next there should be very few upgrades for any of us to get from 5.4 LFR/Flex.
However at the start of an expansion it is a different story, but then they will probably gate it anyway.

Except those 5.4 set bonuses.

Warlock 4 piece bonus: When your doom crits instead of summoning an imp you will summon a doomguard

But would we as a guild require people to do all these things ? It's not like we did that before with lfr or coins.
People may feel obliged to run it all but that is a personal choice.

Unlikely. I was just pointing out that they may contain upgrades. I still have a normal mode shield from MSV as an example.

Yea i know, i think a lot of people were/are already complaining about all the things they HAVE to do so this will only get worse that way.

Agreed, many people will claim they feel required to run both lfr and flex to remain competitive for wiping on normal horridon.

Personally i think I'll just replace any LFR runs i'd be tempted to do with /flex instead. I'm certainly not running both.

Among other 5.4 news, Garrosh has a new model:

I hate Garrosh, but even so this model is fucking AWESOME! Dare I say new orc player model?

I think they have to release new player models for 6.0 to stop the game starting to look ridiculously outdated.

I doubt the orc models would look quite as nice as Garrosh considering he's a single NPC rather than a city full or high poly models but hopefully we'll still see a large improvement.

If you haven't rolled a panda yet i urge you to try a panda melee, the combat animations are very nice.
