Quite alot of new stuff added for Hallows End, 3 new pets, 1 is the awesome Creepy Crate which is a quest reward, quite interesting quest too as i think its the 1st time Blizzard have given you a decision in the quest (quest has 2 endings).
Other pets and masks are tradeable for the candy from trick or treating an inn-keeper, so Hangen you can complete your mask achievement. You get between 5-10 treats i think, and each mask costs 5, pets 150.

With regard to the creepy crate, it is one of the pets that kills critters, it does so with an sort of deathgrip animation and a lot faster than any of the other critter killing pets [about every 10-15 sec if there is a critter in range]. An Idea for those of you who tend to go afk, you can go afk with the crate out near some critters and work towards the Critter Kill Squad guild achievement.
