Didn't want to feel left out.

Stats:
Strength and Vit are your go to stats.
Lots of DPS on your weapon (2H up to Inferno)
Lifesteal on your weapon is nice
At higher difficulties resists are good

Talents:
Difficulty: Normal

Generally you're just maximizing damage on normal. You can swap out your shout for a damage reduction one if you feel a bit squishy. You don't get ignore plain to near lvl 30 so can utilise something like the aoe stun prior to that.

You generally just want to cleave the crap out of everything, rupture allows for a nice cascade effect on kills, look out for those 20+ killing blows.

On bosses you can swap cleave out for clobber and perma stun any boss.

Difficulty: Nightmare

The spec you choose for NM is slightly dictated by your gear, if you've picked a few good drops or got some good deals on the AH you can effectively carry on with the Normal mode spec, if you feel you're getting hammered a bit more the above spec allows for a bit more survivability.

I swapped out seismic slam for rend with the heal to give you a bit more healing, if you feel you don't need it go back to slam or even try Furious Charge with the Merciless Assault rune.

Difficulty: Hell

Again its gear dependent but this spec has even more survival in it. you FINALLY get the 1 good rune for Revenge at lvl 52 and actually gain some decent self healing.

You'll want to be swapping out skills for champion packs and bosses, namely swap in clobber for cleave and perhaps one other so you can use both Earthquake and Wrath of the Beserker. Note earthquake scales off weapon damage so always pop beserker before quake and then wreck those mobs.

Difficulty: Nightmare

Speculating a bit on NM but it's likely you'll want to swap for a 2H weapon to 1h and shield. Swapping cleave out for frenzy so you can take indivdual mobs down quickly whilst the frenzy rune "sidearm" and rend procs do the aoe for you.

General Tips:
Keep your gear up to date, you generally rely on one damage ability throughout (cleave) and so you want to keep your weapon DPS nice and high.

Don't be afraid to kite and rely on your lager CDs to burn stuff down quickly

At lower difficulties you can leap and charge into packs. When things kick it up a notch you'll want to save those abilities to allow you to escape.

Fury dumps (like rend and whirlwind) are by and large useless past nightmare.

Here's an interesting thread from MMO champ: http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/1143103-Barb-1-million-gold-worth-of-gear-Acts-1-2-3

Guy spent exactly 1mil on gear and managed to clear Acts1-3 on Inferno.

He completely neglected DPS (3.7k) and maxed survivability. He used the enchantress for armor buff and DPS.
