I heard about this game from a guy working in Primark who picked me up on my "Keep calm and play warcraft" shirt, and we had a short, very awkward, conversation about the game... in all honesty, it looks pretty good (i mean hey, so did RIFT, but that was fun whilst it lasted? ) - i'm gonna see about getting into Beta, and see what it's like...

(I may like it cause it reminds me of Ratchet and Clank... which basically was my childhood )

the more i hear about this game i start to get the feeling its gonna be amazing for 2 hours and then its just another mmorpg..

To be fair, ZAMOFFICIAL have taken a shining to it... and bearing in mind they currently (on their youtube channel) currently only do Wilstar and WoW videos... so it does look good in those regards too

It depends what your comparison point is for "just another mmorpg". Most people compare new MMO's to wow and that's a pretty high bar.

Bit of a gimmick isn't it? Fun for the first week but really WTF do you do with a house?

All I know is that you get extra rested xp when you log out in there and you can have your own crafting stuff, dont know why you would need that when it exist in the capital. + to get all of the stuff there you need to pay gold, so atm I cant get my mount...

Do you still get the free hoverboard at level 10? That's pretty cool at least.
