Although I don't own the Razer Naga, I've held one and my gut tells me that you're going to get lost in those buttons.
Lots of buttons aren't neccessarily bad, but place them too close together and I think it's going to cause trouble.
i got the razer naga epic and i can tell the buttons are a bit odd for instance i cant press the 2 buttons on top neither is it easy to press sidebuttons 7 to 12 but other then that this mouse rly is epic. all buttons can get macros including warping mouse to a point or make a sequence of several keyboard buttons. pretty cool software.

Re: Peripherals
Nostromo everyone is saying is better for smaller hands, so i went for that... and also looking at the G600 and the Naga, the G600 looks like it's going to be easier to find the right key on (which is also what Lore was saying in his comparison video)...
So Nostromo and G600 are on their way... thanks for you guys' imput
my peripheral vision and vision in general is fine thank you. The fact that I didn't misread or completely miss understand the context of this post proves that my glasses are still working.
having tried quite a variety of mice over the years including the official wow mice, the naga, corsair m90 etc, my favorite is still thelogitech G700. As Soren said the naga has too many buttons too close together, in my experience you need buttons set up so you can reliably hit them first time without fumbling. Be it a button you are mashing, or using once a fight. [that leap of faith binding for example is one I need to hit as an almost twich reaction to catch someone.. if I need to search or count buttons .. its too late.] With regard to the Nostromo I've had one of those for years, but never got to grips with it, using it required me to have my hand in a stress position the whole time, it very quickly became uncomfortable, I felt the idea was ok but the execution didn't work for me.

Re: Peripherals
Got them both now, and although i haven't been playing with them for too long, i can tell the G700 is going to stay, but the Nostromo will probably be phased out of my world of warcraft gaming (will probably still use it for Diablo/FPS' etc. ... but just not for WoW)
