this is the most useless piece of information.. i rerolled 1 item 50 times and didnt get my hota increased dmg which it could roll.. eventually i stopped and simply went on to find a rare with the right stats

The chance of finding a rare with the right stats is less than the chance of you re-rolling your current rare with +hota.

Unless like me you are a sad bastard with more time than gold
