Yes Winkle, you can get an aimbot that doesn't change your focal point. It's called silent aim - here's a good example of it in action:



I asked on Reddit though and one guy responded that demos some times actually do lag behind with regard to tracing player aim, so who knows about that guy. Better report to be safe!
