i tried getting over 80% cdr with a simmilar build but with condemn:eternal retaliation.. to make it spam itself continuesly.. but it doesnt work as i hoped.. my latency became the bottleneck or some hidden check to prevent broken builds to work.

the idea was to reduce the cd to under 3sec so condemn can be reactivated before it explodes so the reactivated condemn would have no cd making it go 2x.. 3sec later 3x, 3sec later 4x, 3sec later 5x and so on. theoretically one should be able to get over 200 condemn explosions per second at some point with the perfect cdr. (which is 80.03%( everything maxxed but a leorics crown of 96%)).

another thing i noticed in this build condemn dmg is poo due to the huge amounts of cdr. sure the dmg seems fine to clear t3 and lower but anything higher is just taking to long.

tankyness is amazing t6 seems like a walk in the park

so i really wonder how this build is supposed to be used..

This build isn't intended for Damage, it is intended to protect Demonhunters who provide all the damage

but condemns size is to small to grand safe passage for DH

infact barb could do better with groundstomp/threatening shout

You can move around with Vacuum rune and gather up mobs.

you run this with a witchdoctor so its irrelevant
