Re: 4.3 PTR
This is working you need to make a USA demo account under your main Battle.net account. HOW TO: under > YOUR GAME ACCOUNTS 1) click Buy Digital Games LINK (don't worry no money is going to be used) 2) in the top right click Game Region and change it to North America. 3) Go back to to YOUR GAME ACCOUNTS 4) Under all your accounts you should now have add WoW starter World of Warcraft® Americas & Oceania (US) (click on the add button) 5) Go to www.worldofwarcraft.com, log in, and select character services and then PTR 5.A) if it says "There are no World of Warcraft Game Licenses attached to this Battle.Net Account" then you did not add the usa starter accont so try reading 1-5 agean. 6) Copy a Premade Character 7) Pick a Character 8) pick the EU realm on the list brill (eu) 9) have fun with your 378 geared Characters!

Re: 4.3 PTR
I got a pre-made toon, quite fun getting bags full of gear, games and shit.
Ran the 1st dungeon, pretty simple although didn't finish due to server restart.
Edit: Finished the dungeon, its very easy, the loot is 378ilvl that drops so it must be aimed for those in around 365? Even so the mechanics are very straight forward and the dps/heal requirements seem pretty tame.
Basically feels like a normal.

I did that for the ICC patch... pally healer and boomkin druid in full raid gear to run 5 mans on... was good fun I used PTR's as a way to find out which characters i liked at endgame

Re: 4.3 PTR
Ran it again, different group but still felt very easy.
The dungeon does look pretty cool though and the boss mechanics are inventive so i have high hopes for the raid.

Re: 4.3 PTR
I've done the character copy as you instructed, Winkle and now downloading the PTR. Do I need to change the realm part thingy to Europe at any point in order to access the wow account or it wont get affected at all?
