Re: Guild Wars 2 - Does anyone interested?
Meh, from what I seen, up to level 8 was really good but the optimization issues were horrible for me, ended up selling my account

From what I have seen, the game running smoothly for most of the people with no major issues (FPS, etc). Maybe was something special with your hardware. Did you report your system specs and your issues? Also why you sell you account?!?! This will not be the only beta...

Yeah I know it wasn't optimized but I mean it was so badly optimized it was near unplayable for me, about 5fps on lowest settings in combat with 2+ people and I got the beta invite on a throwaway email so I wouldn't be using it again, I got quite a bit for it & if you're in one beta you're not guaranteed the rest, despite the fact that the next beta is the pre-purchase which will probably be optimized and I can play with my main email, reported my system specs, others with similar had the same issues, hopefully it'll be fixed soon though

Pre-purchase is live for GW2: https://buy.guildwars2.com/£49.99 on the GW2 site but apprently cheaper in shops: GameNot sure if 3 days early access and a couple of beta weekends is worth £15.

There's 3 in the UK, amazon, play and Zavvi.
On the play site it says they'll email you the code and its the only code you need, why on earth the direct site is more expensive than retail outlets is beyond me since all of them simply involve a code.

Was talking about CE FAQ. As about the difference on the price - 53.99 € on play.com- 54.99 € on guildwars2.com- amazon.co.uk does not have it yet Of course you are going to find it with less (42.32 € on game.co.uk), a shop that sells more than one things can afford to lower the price of one item to attract traffic. Is that something right? Don't know

In euro the deference is 1.00 € (play/gw2), don't know whats going on with pounds. But yes, I can understand (maybe) a difference up to 5-10 euro (4-8 pounds), anything beyond that feels strange. As with all currency conversions for games in general (60 dollars in USA to 60 euro in Europe), the market is fked... Even more when you actually buying a code that they will send you with email... It's totally fked I'm telling you... That's why I didn't even get in the trouble to check the price when I order my CE from zavvi.com.
