Things worth doing prior to/post patch.

Sell any half decent stashed items. Patch 1.03 increases drop rate of ilvl 63 items in acts 1 and 2. Currently drop rate is 0% in both acts, from tomorrow the quantity of high level items available on the AH should increase, in turn they'll get cheaper.

Sell your Essences/Tombs etc.
Crafting costs will be reduced from tomorrow prompting more people to craft, however since inferno is being returned expect people to be farming more too and thus gaining more items to DE. i expect an initial surge in demand for crafting materials before supply catches up and prices drop again.

Don't buy anything pricey before the weekend. Higher quality items will filter onto the AH but it'll probably take a few days for the AH to adjust.

Since the patch i can only get onto American Servers... english servers say "there is a patch (which i've downloaded), the game will now restart and patch automatically"... It then restarts and comes up with the error "Diablo 3 is already running"...
Nothing i can find on the official forums (i'm really bad with interwebs though)...
