Yea, I end up using Battle Scars (Gain 60% Life after using Preparation) for Preparation, it feels better and it's a nice Oh Shit button.

After posting my questions I did some more research and find some posts about build around Shadow Power: Gloom (Reduce incoming damage by 65% while Shadow Power is active). Even with my Monk's gear, I will probably need some upgrades.

Also I going to keep Steady Aim. I'm range so I'm not required to be in melee range, at least not full time. I should learn to moving at least 10 yards away and not just a step.

Hhhhmmmm melee DH... with a sword or an axe.... is it possible? I guess it depends on what abilities you will be able to use without a range weapon equipped.

Lol, no, i didn't mean with a sword and axe, just in melee range.

Wizards have a very short range ability which is very powerful (called magic blades or soemthing), however its use relies on being in melee range thus they have to build around being hit.

With Wizard though you can game some of the skills that do things like reduce CDs on crit to make yourself have permanent Diamond Skin and such.
