Well worth a watch imo... doesn't go into amazing detail, but has given me a LOT of ways to explain the game to non-gamers...

Yea... OK... As gamer and follower of GBTV and Lore, I liked it.

But I cannot see how a non gamer can understand it. Don't know what I was expecting, but I cannot show this film to my parents or friends and then, suddenly, they will start understanding whats all about that raiding thing.

The film makes some good arguments (social aspect of the game, combined effort to achieve a goal, etc) but these are arguments we (as gamers) have already used in our try to explain the "game" to others, and having players (like me) to explaining the same arguments again does not add anything.

Don't know maybe I was expecting some more "professional" opinions for that subject (and with more I mean quantity), and maybe less use of wow terminology.

Also my IT teacher is a Gamer... but HATES WoW with a passion... she slates it at every possible moment for being an addicting game for no lifers who are going to fail at everything... So i sent her a link to this...

Also trying it out on my little sister today... to see if total non-gamers can understand what they're saying...

P.S. I miss ICC... possibly cause it was where i started raiding... and i didn't say a single thing on vent ever cause i was too scared people would judge me for being a 15-16 y/o... I don't know why but for me it's better than T11 or T12 so far...

P.P.S. Completely side note - but ICC reminded me of it... I'm gonna be Frapsing our Ragnaros attempts if nobody minds, thinking of doing a Kill video for it, and possibly either a Montage of the first 6 bosses, or the first 6 bosses on Hc, or both... not sure yet (if anyone else wants to fraps too to give better angles then be my guest)

I would love to see any/all of the following:

• A Ragnaros kill video
• A full Firelands progression video/montage at the end of the tier

Sadly I cannot use Fraps, it dropping my FPS to 30ish that's why I stream, so I cannot help you with that .

Yeah i started raiding in ICC... but i like to think i still keep up with the rest of you nabs I won't mention the fact that i started playing back in Vanilla and didn't even hit max level until WOTLK...

Anyways, now to clean up my UI, so i don't get more haters complaining about it like i did in my Lich King Kill video (though TBH i agree with them there... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ESMhLzfowPI was NOT a good raiding UI...)

Oh, and my FPS is lower than 30 even without fraps
Am looking at getting some PC upgrades as soon as i get a job though
