After our heroic Lei Shi kill a couple days ago we advanced to server second:
Well, technically it depends on which progress site you visit - but being the second guild on the server to reach 10/16 HC I think it's fair to say we're server second!
(Regardless of WoWProgress' somewhat weird ranking when there's multiple raids in a tier.)
