No actually free to play is free to play. You don't have to buy anything to play, like LoL for example.
Actually i think LOL falls under "freemium" and completely free is referred to as freeware:

GW2 Beta Obviously this guy didn't read the NDA. Lets see for how long it will stay up...

Twitch TV usually comply with the game developer's wishes anyway and will take down streams showing content that's meant to be protected by an NDA.
