I did a HoT HC yesterday and managed to pump out a ridiculous 90k DPS on the first boss, Ret pala CDS are slightly OP when all used simultaneously. In general the ret pala rotation feels a lot more dynamic/better paced now that so many abilities generate holy power.
PvP is slightly insane right now though. Burst is very high, both damage and healing. A decently geared healer is almost unkillable unless multiple people sit on them.

Some DPS specs didn't go up very much though... i think it's just the back end of balancing for 90... and they don't care MUCH what happens for the next month...
And with the PvP thing... i had a full PvP geared (with Legendary) shaman from QE sit on me for like 5 minutes, and he could hardly make a dent on me (in full PvE gear)... something aint right...
Also, might have to change my mind about mists... Boomkins are actually fun to play again now (though a fuck load more fast paced than they were :/ )

Well you have to remember that post MoP release noone will ever be 85 again with gear at 400+ ivl. I imagine if you were currently running around in ivl 300 greens as you levelled from 85-86 the difference would be far less notable. It's like twinking yourself out at any level, you feel OP.

As i have heard elemental shamans should still get realy Badass in mop, on of top dps :s but then clearly something aint right! and i bet the shaman is nekster! and he does know how to play shaman :s
